Yes — when you select Caravan Plus. Compressor failure, control board faults, cooling unit replacement are all included, subject to the PDS.
No hard age limit to buy Total Cover — pricing adjusts to the caravan's age. Cover then runs for the term you select, up to 60 months.
Under the Caravan warranty: Level 1 covers up to $2,500 per claim, Level 2 up to $5,000, Level 3 up to $10,000. Water ingress is capped at $1,000 per claim at every level. Caravan Plus living-quarters items (fridge, air-con, hot water, appliances, etc.) are also capped at $1,000 per claim. There's no cap on the number of claims across the term.
You have a 30-day cooling-off period from the day the certificate is issued. Cancel within that window for a full refund. After that, pro-rata refunds apply per the PDS.
